I am trying to find out where my girlfriend got hers. She has raved in the past at what a good job he had done on her tattoo and wanted to go back for more work. (He did do a fantastic job.)

I'll post here when I find out.

Nice guy/girl is actually as, if not more, important than the Minutemen thing. It is maybe as important as the "good artist" thing.

I mean, assuming that anyone who came recommended was fairly good to begin with and doesn't operate out of, say, a cardboard box or a pus holding facility.

I went with Patrick Cornolo - it looks like he's still there, but check out the gallery for Kim's beautiful work as well.

I second this. Patrick did work for both me and my wife, and it's excellent stuff. He's also a hell of a nice guy.
