If the being older really translates into her having more perspective and more grip on her likes and dislikes, expectations, place in the scheme of things (you know, stuff that tends to come with age), then I'll give it a hearty NOT CRAP, because I'm a sucker for that.

If that isn't the case it's very likely that she will play out that role (of being the more experienced, "knowing" one) while she is around you, and that is also NOT CRAP, for the time being. It can become crappy, though, if she really fools you into it and reveals herself as the true shoddy neurotic bohemian she really is later on.

But the least you can expect is for her to have invested in proper linen, which is about as good as it gets in my book.

Do it, connor, do it.

girls in their twenties are just that: girls.

often times they haven't dated enough douche bags and mediocrities to truly appeciate a young man destined for greatness.

in my opinion older women are wonderful. they usually dress better too. some of them are bored with sex by that point, but those who aren't most definitely aren't.

(these are, of course, mere generalizations.)

I can't speak out of experience, but doesn't it make sense that age shouldn't be an issue (though that might waver if you're talking in extremes)?

My best friend got married at age 20.

To a 36 year old.

They're very happy together. Perfect in fact. Needless to say, it took me a while to get adjusted. Now that I have, I don't have a problem with it.

When I was 21 I lived in a house with 5 other people all of whom were older than me by at least 6 years. I started hooking up with one of my female roommates who was 27 or 28 at the time. That was definitely NOT CRAP.

It's no secret that men are generally slower to develop (emotionally, mentally, whatever) than women. We're never as mature as they are, so it seems to me that dating an older woman is a bit too much like dating your mother. They just know everything, which can be frustrating (I like being right from time to time).

The best, the healthiest relastionships I've seen have been those in which the man was 7-10 years older than the woman. Everyone's on the same level then...

CRAP

I would not agree with that at all. I don't think it is less healthy for the man to be that much older or anything, but with all the variables I think it is impossible to say that this way is best. Once you hit 30 give or take, everyone kind of levels out anyway.

I'm sorry, but i have to giggle a bit at this.

Girls in their twenties may be girls, but boys in their 20s are babies.

Crap, when she introduces you to her kids and they're just a little younger than you.

Not Crap, when all she wants is hang out and has no intererest in introducing you to anybody.
