Tape Op had an article last year on this. If my memory hasn't completely failed me, it was green tea loaded with lots of honey. The author wrote something about steeping it in a thermos so that it gets thick and nasty.

i once read an interview with Inger Lore were she claimed performing oral sex helps with a sore throat. Ive also heard this from other sources. Give it a try. If at doesnt work at least you would have brightened someones day
