I got to hang out with, get high with and and drive this monster magnet around one night when I was in high school.
I worked at the radio station at the high school and somehow talked the record label chick into giving me the job of driving them around while they were in town for the record release party they held at some sort of atronomy dome at Triton college, I think it was....they blasted the record and had a lazer light show on the ceiling, didn't work out as awesome as they planned but at least they tried something somewhat ambitious. Really nice people all around. The music is terrible.

Justin, you've made me feel 21 again!
Man, when Maxwell's got packed, it was sardine time. Ribs were broken. Stuff like that.
I remember having to endure MM because if one were to show up after they started, one of the coveted "riser seats" in the back would be gone. Being pint-sized, I had to try to get these by any means necessary.

13Jersey Shore mooks willing to play anything to avoid lives of hanging siding on McMansions. Crap.

not crap, also, for covering hawkwind and related tracks.
plus, wyndorf seems to be an audiophile.

15I'll go hometown and say not crap. They put on some pretty good shows in the early 90s at smaller places like the Brighton Bar. But it would usually get so filled with smoke I'd have to walk out.
