You should acid etch the "graphics" on to the hammond box, then paint the whole thing, and sand the paint off, leaving the paint that's in the "graphics" there, since it's below the surface level of the part of the box that didn't get etched.

Did you include the "boost" switch as well?
the sansamp pedal requires a mod to do this.
the rackmount preamp is still sometimes a bitch about pushing a power amp.

You could use it either way. if you use it before the GK preamp it would be more like a gain effect of a distortion box or a clean EQ. if you plug it into the Preamp in of your amp you would be using the TS-Pre in place of the GK preamp.

Artwork will be similar to the TS-50b but we're not Traynor... so no Traynor logo. Sorry.... I may have an extra plastic 70's logo you could bolt to the front...
