Eh, the little birdy was Todd Cook.

Of course, I'm not saying McMahan and Pajo had negligible input, but it might explain why neither of them have ever really hit the same heights since. Their "The For Carnation" and "Live from a Shark Cage" albums are beautiful but lack the power of Spiderland.

Just wondering if anyone else has any Walford info/stories? He's an interesting character. I for one hope Slint record something new. Playing live killed the myth/aura so they might as well get creative again

i'm imagining something that totally sounds like shipping news. or zwan. maybe they'll get that female singer like they always wanted. and i'll bet it's pj harvey.
