yeah i have tried it
and the octave pedal did not work well
it did in fact add alot of low noise when i turned it to low then higher hissy noise when i turned it higher

if you want it to track well, digitec makes something called the Vocal 300 that tracks a lower or upper octive well, I see them on ebay for about 150.00 from time to time, the Hi-Fi used to have one but I have no clue where it went

Yeah, we have an Eventide (I think it's an H3000) and without a doubt that's the best harmonizer I've heard. We hardly use it, and honestly I don't even know why we have it, but when we want some whacky vocal sound then that's what we always use. I haven't looked at how much they're going for on eBay, but I remember them being fairly expensive.
