what about the differences between the ones with the yellow lines faceplate and white lines face plate?
They have slightly different electronic and physical designs, as well as some cosmetic differences. For example, the "white" models lack the block diagram that the "yellow" models have screened on top. I prefer the "white" model because the case is shallower, so there's more room behind it in the rack, which I find useful. The audible and functional differences are negligible, really. I have schematics and parts lists for both, so e-mail me if you want/need them.

I am selling my IVP on Ebay now with 15 hours remaining. My reserve is $250 which is what I paid many times ago.

Wow. I had no idea they were selling for that much these days. I paid $50 for mine and know someone who paid $20. That was only 6 or 7 years ago.

I got mine for $60 off ebay in 2002. It was a stopgap measure when building my bass preamp. Then I used it for about 3-4 years.
