Gym Class Heros are CRAP. They are a BAD band with a BAD name.
Six Organs Of Admittence is not a very good name. The band is alright though.
Weather Report is also a bad name.

It's a silly name for a good band. That's my opinion.
The name "Brainiac" outside of the context of the band calls to mind either a green-skinned alien artificial life form from a prominent DC comic book, or the more robotic transparent-head-with-brain-visible version of the same supervillian. I can think of nothing more appropriate for Brainiac the band's music than a name that evokes something sinister, otherworldly, alien, and cartoony, all at once.
