My Park has an aluminum anodized base with plastic lettering. I've not seen another one like it, but I haven't seen many other combos.

Parks are not all like Marshalls. Mine is very different in layout, controls, features, sound. It's the best sounding "Marshall" I've ever heard.

Um, you have no clue how funny what you just said is, I sell logo'd merchandise for a living (I am not kidding) but I still don't get why someone would take a Park logo off and then put a Marshall logo on? unless they were trying to pass the amp off as a Marshall which I still don't get...

i'm a logo hater.

i was going to have a modded fender clone built by a guy before i ordered my electrical.

the reason i never pulled the trigger on the clone was the guy was going to put his logo on it. all he was doing was assembling some parts from warmoth and he thought he had some right to put a logo on my bass.

i was already going to be paying this guy $200 or so to assemble this bass.

i asked him if he could not put his logo on it. he said, "i don't mind if you sand it off. but i put my logo on every bass i build."

the price of the bass plus the assembling cost was around $1600. i figured if i'm paying that much for a bass it's going to have my fucking name on it, not yours.

as soon as people start paying me to play their equipment, i'll leave the logos on and advertise for them. otherwise they will continue to pile up in a box in my closet.

since kevin was such a dear and built me everything i wanted in one guitar i'll advertise for him.

I'm not a logo hater, but I take the logos off of pretty much all my amps. With my Traynors, I take off the entire front grille. Why? First of all, because it allows for better ventilation. Second, I think it looks cooler, to actually be able to see the transformers and the tubes in there, rather than look at a blank panel like the front of amps typically have.

And third, y'know how much those things are worth? It's crazy. I have an all-metal Traynor logo, the second logo they used, right after the big script logo... I think I could get about $50 if I sold it on eBay. Why the hell do I wanna keep that on the front of the amp, where it can get broken (how many of us have seen arshall or Marsha amps?)?

If anybody asks me what kinda amps I'm playing, I'll tell the fuck out of them. I'll tell them how the amps are Traynors, what year, what tubes, what % static dissipation they're biased to.

No secret or nothin, no hating. I just don't wanna break the logo. Cause while they mean little or nothing to me, they mean a lot to other people.

I need a '70's Orange logo for a speaker cabinet. They are impossible to find.

The only logo I hate is the Music Man logo. Yuck.

people would say I'm an idiot for wearing tshirts that advertise bands on them. I would wear a Traynor shirt if I had one.

I'm assuming steve wants the logo so he doesn't have to keep answering the same questions about the amp. I thought he said that in the first post, no?

whoops, in his second post, I mean.

As I understood it, Park amps and Marshall amps differed only in name and look (due to some boring legal issue relating to a long Rose Morris distribution deal).

Are there actual differences in design? Seems strange that Marshall would sell different designs under the Park name since it was created with the sole purpose of distributing Marshall amps without falling foul of their distribution deal...it would seem to defeat the object!
