It's just a nonsensical expression I came up with. A spontaneous expression of joy, if you will.

EDIT: I think "Wooo-cheee-beee!" rules and all you cocksucker naysayers don't know what you're (I'm) talking about. (Which is OKAY, I guess, seeing as how it was never supposed to catch on. But still... the power of Wooo-cheee-beeee! is nothing to fuck with.)
