It looks like it could use a pressure washing. Covered in pigeon-shit is no good..

I'm guessing it wouldn't take $300,000 to build a new one right?
Or I guess alternately, you could use the money to feed and clothe the homeless around Chicago.
But where's the fun in that, right?

That strip mall has a few other sculptures too. It's been a long time since I was there, but there's some kind of massive concrete object with TVs and other shit embedded in it. Also a bunch of whirly things the wind moves around. For a few years, the "hovering" McDonald's was there. The bottom one or two feet of the entire restaurant was glass panes, which gave the effect of the restaurant levitating. I think that's gone now, though.
