Sure, KISS sucks but you guys just fucking love these handsome boys and their fey-disco-rock.

Dance around in your blousey tops, boys. Ooooh.

..... being comfortable with my sexuality i can easily say with not a hint of confessional that, if left on a desert isle with the obligatory ardent female, I would MUCH rather have Duran Duran as a soundtrack than KISS.

easy, hands down.

NOT CRAP.

they're not mutually exclusive, double zom. I love KISS, too. both bands abused lipstick and hairspray. kiss was the one with thigh-high boots on men, the lispy paul stanley, (and the little sailor suits from wicked lester) and a demeanor that was so macho it was kinda gay.

Duran-Duran gets a hearty NOT CRAP from me. "Ordinary World" IS a great song, and I'll also add that I got the "Come Undone" cassette single in 8th grade, and that song is on my seeqpod playlist.

No apologies, no waffles!

edit: I'll also add that "Informer" was a kick-ass song, and ya know, Snow should've had a second chance!

Likewise. Didn't the eighties happen in America or what?

A "friend of a friend" wrote "Girls on Film" then was booted out of the band. Still enough to secure a living wage from the royalties even today. Also, they used to practice just up the road from me: Poplar Rd, Kings Heath, Birmingham, England. N/C
