We had to have him neutered cause his red rocket was begining to make everyone uncomfortable. He came home, rolled a blanket in ball and humped the shit out of that thing for about 15 minutes. Nobody was sure if we should stop him in case it would be like wrestling the retarded so we just let him go to town. He eventually got tired and went to sleep. The End.

I wish this wasn't too long to put in a sig.

my little siamese mix kitten Watt just got his manlies debugged as well. He was a bastard the next day, growling at everything and anything, hissing and in a general state of malaise, mostly immobile. after two days, he's back to normal.

Is this a real bengal kitten yr talking about? It would be surprising if a breeder would sell one that wasn't neutered..

It is a real one yeah and I found it on the runway at midway airport half dead.

So he is laying there and I notice some fluid oozing from his balls.
He ripped open the stitches and it's infected.
Took him back, they gave us antibiotics we have to give him twice a day.
I can tell he'll never be the same as he was, but he's slowly coming out and walking around.
I feel terrible, he used to run around leaping and jumping and loving life...now he's like a zombie.
But I mean, he was pissing ON us. On our bed, on the couch, every inch of the apartment. What was I supposed to do?

its better to neuter cats at a much younger age, but he should potentially be a "happier" cat since he wont have frustrations.

I heard they dont actually snip w/ some procedures, they just suck out the nuts w/ a syringe? maybe thats younger cats...

Spaying animals is actually the best way to keep them as pets. Pets don't need to make sex unless you are one of those crazy selfish breeders.

my cat was spayed when she was young, she is very active and playful at the age of 7 (50ish in 'human years')

there is no reason a spayed cat shouldnt act like a normal cat, although in your case the infection was the issue.

They generally say male cats are easier to get along w/ and need more attention than females. I find that female cats are just like female humans, they want attention, but on their terms and they want you to read their minds/feelings w/o having to ask.
