and yes, a 12" 45rpm will sound better...
what about a 7" set ala the collected early pere ubu singles or the 7" set that killdozer put out?
totally right .... all my friend who work in record store told me that 10" do not sale...... they get lost in the shelves and they don't even bother displaying them because of their odd size.... I have personally rarely seen 10" box in record store

wound up going with a 12" 45rpm from RTI.
it sounds fucking beautiful and they were a nice company to work with.
you can preorder it at
www.soundcyst.com
there's also a track for free to download, and when you preorder you'll get an email with a link to download the whole EP (and first LP) in high-quality un-DRM'd mp3 format.

I've done a 7" & a 12" through Erika and really cannot complain.
The 7" got fucked up because the stampers were damaged however, they made new ones and then rush-shipped me the order when it was done. Granted, I had to call them because the records hadn't arrived on the date they quoted me but, rush shipping however many boxes of 7"s is pretty aces. For the 12" there were no issues at all.
For timeframe reference, I did the 7" through them (500, white - got 550 something) about four or five years ago now and the 12" (500, black - got 550) was sent in March/April and showed up early May.

Awesome.
I was just talking about starting an Unsane cover band called Tenebre. I'm glad there's already another band called that, though.
Good luck with your new record!
