My favorite is Beauty Lies in the Eye, by Sonic Youth. I guess there's a tribal drum bit in the middle, but there's no real drum part.

don't know where we're drawing the line here- seems like percussion is ok. so my vote is for "boy with a coin" by iron & wine. if that album version doesn't make you shake your ass i swear to god nothing will.
