Kuma's is only about a ten minute or so drive from here. I've timed it.

sounds about what we are looking for, please let them know you have someone interested in checking it out

You would leave the Kedzie Addison area? And move far from Kumas? Even tho I have not met you, I like knowing that there is another Cocorosie fan within a block or 2 from me.

It's gonna be awhile till Kumas calms down anyway, and like he said this is Chicago...everything is 15 minutes away.
We just need a change of scenery, switch it up a bit...we've been in the same apartment for 2 years now.
We'd stay in this neighborhood, but we haven't seen anything decent for rent over here yet.

Jesus Christ, I am looking through these ads all over the place...who the fuck is out there paying 2500 bucks a month for a fucking 2 bedroom apartment in ravenswood?
It's insane, 3 bedroom in Logan Square only $1800 a month plus utilities

Can't you get a fucking mortgage on a house for less than that?

Who the fuck can come up with all this money every month? Where do these people work?

The best is I go to look at a two bedroom up on Devon, I get there and it's a tiny fucking studio apartment in some dude's basement.
I ask 'I thought it said 2 bedrooms'
He says that I could convert the bathroom into a bedroom if I wanted to.
Yes, always a dream of mine to rest my head mere inches away from where I just took a dump.

I think you can still find one bedroom places ("garden" apartments in some cases) for $650-$800 from California west to Pulaski between Irving Park and Montrose. I was recently looking in the Reader for my wife's brother, who is soon escaping Wisconsin and the psychotic twat he married last year.

Some great burger names could be conjured up there as well.

My rent in april, after the rent increase, will be $825 for a large 2 bedroom with hardwood floors in a building off of armitage. Heat is included. I'll pm you the number of the realtor in case she knows of anything similar or if there will be any vacancies in this building in May.

I hate to say it, but try Bridgeport.

It may be dead and ignorant here, but it's close to a lot of stuff, and $675 for a small 2-bedroom is possible here.
