As far as I know, Billy mainly uses a custom-built machine by
Fred Mangan.

He probably didn't use an 808 on Adore, but if he had it would have been a lot less shitty. Get Timbaland to give him a track or two, maybe Dre on there? I'd listen to that at least once.

they used mostly rebirth. it's a pc program that emulates a tr-808 and a tr-909. forgot about finding them now, they are expensive as hell. just use a sampler.
