I've played at Coconut Teazser! It closed down about 8 years ago. Believe it or not, it wasn't even the cheesiest club in West Hollywood.

Dude, it's at the Teazser. If you have to ask where it is, then you clearly know nothing about L.A., man.

I don't think it is open anymore though. It was when I was in high school. I don't remember how many bands I have seen there, but I do believe Black Flag was one of them.
