I assume that you mean an appendage or an external body part? If not, I'd go with appendix as well. Both of my parents nearly died from burst appendixes so it's fairly likely mine will explode sometime in the near future and I'll be stuck with a $25,000 hospital bill since I'm uninsured.

If I can't do the appendix, I'd like to have my left little toe removed. It's been broken so many times and sustained enough nerve damage that I can't really feel it anyway.

pinky toes or the two right next to them, right ring finger or pinky, um...i could stand to lose my eyeballs when i look around some days.
