Ask him how he plans to build a Democratic legislative body whose members aren't concerned with their own individual political viability to the extent that they allow heinous, business-as-usual bullshit to go on such as they have for the last four years. Follow that up with "What do you think the most important issue is that will come before the Supreme Court during your term, and how do you hope they will rule?"
