"If a guitar player performs an especially incendiary riff, this riff could be said to melt/???? your ????. Please supply the 2 missing 4-letter words."

"Which form member's name has become a verb implying that a member has not done an adequate search before posting a topic?"

"Complete this inside joke: $40-dollar ??????."

Top shelf. Post-of-the-Year material.

What is the answer to the third question? It doesn't ring a bell with me.

Hoodie. Of the Slint variety.

Looks like we've already identified a bot.

Damn, found out

Since I've never listened to Slint, and I don't wear hoodies, I forgot this.

I've always thought the poll-creating bots were as advanced as they came, but your self awareness makes you the most worthy mechanical adversary we've ever seen. Your maker truly out did himself.

Thank god the bots haven't learned about Slint or hoodies yet.

Edit: I don't know when to use "your" vs. "you're" anymore.

You misspelled "your". As in your statement "you're self awareness".

The spam problem is ridiculous right now but I guess the only people who can actually remove them have actual jobs and lives and stuff so I don't want to complain about it too much. It's very kind of Russ to find as much time as he does to make sure the forums are up and running considering it's not his job any more.

I agree, Russ does a very good job with what he has. I only brought up the one spambot yesterday because it was taking up whole pages on already existing threads.

"Do you have a question for Steve about In Utero?"

Actually, guys. We could take this idea one step further. The registration process could include the above question and the forum system could be set up to post the answers into a daily thread. Forum members could vote for the best answers. Full registration would then be *won* by those giving the best responses.

Instead of being the Premier Rock Forum we could be the Elite Rock Forum.
