I don't think I've watched a baseball game that didn't invole the White Sox in about 15 years.

And I'm watching both of these series. I usually don't get a kick out of these sorts of things, but much like Dan Snyder and his Washington Redskins or George Bush and his Washington Whiteguys, the yankee management are the sort of people everyone wants to see beaten.

Actually, I think they should be tripped in front of a mud puddle, shat upon by an incontinent horse, and run over by a rickshaw.

I'm gonna have to admit one thing regarding this postseason: I giggle like Beavis every time someone says "Pujols".

So how many pitchers (and which ones) is Stienbrenner going to go out and buy this offseason?

I mean, aside from Randy Johnson.

from what i've heard, he's going to get rid of everyone who isn't named "mussina"

but then i've heard he's going to pay whatever he needs to for carlos beltran. perhaps he'll once again miss out on pitching, far too focused on hitting?

then again, who's available other than carl pavano? derek lowe and pedro? i have to believe that if the red sox hold on tonight, they may both be re-signed.

I predict the Red Sox will win game seven, and go on to play in the World Series.
