meeeeeeeI'm on the fake-o now, haven't had an analog one since saturday (ok.. i took a hit yesterday too). I realize I'm not actually quitting nicotine, but baby steps, aye?

I should probably quit, my lungs hurt all the time now.I've had a cold for three weeks, occasionally I've been coughing up blood.My health is so poor right now it is somewhat hilarious.Except for being incredibly painful I mean.

Just explains why people smoke, why those reasons are crap, and gets you in the right frame of mind to quit. Worked well for me after 10 years of pack-a-day smoking.Good luck, y'all.
