I imagine that any Sony Pro Audio dealer ought to be able to order them. I have actually talked to the folks at Sony about this mic, so I do know for sure that it is currently available. (Well, was currently available about two months ago, at least.)

chiming in just about a year late - if i recall correctly, there's a c37b, c37a, and a c37p. one is tube, one is fet, and i'm unsure about the other. i believe the c37a is the tube version.

Hi ! My Sony C-38B powers from either a 9V battery or phantom power, as stated before the capsule can be set to be either cardio or omni. Great mic, the kind of simple and natural mikes that you tend to appreciate because they do their job. Voices sound like voice, not like voices through a hyped mic...
