I love those first three Fatboy albums, naysayers be damned. Thank you for posting this, it gave me a bit of a spring in each step on my evening walk.

or was I supposed to respond to that with “BAND of the 90’s if you want to call it a band because it’s a one man name” followed by off-key singing

I like this gloomy version of Sylvester here.

Got down to this over the weekend

Explored deeper and found this buried amongst all of the powerhouse electro and funk jams. For a minute I was hoping Shamir was going to turn Yow & co out, but it's a ballad. Still was quite the shock to hear Scratch Acid sampled by a young queer countertenor with an affinity to jack.

Dark, trippy, tech-house. Love the sporadic rattling and hi-hat shuffling. I'm simple.

Lots of whinging lately over Lil Nas X. I mean, it ain't a competition, but this is the real shit.

Craig Clouse is quite prolific with this project

Prince + Steely Dan + screwed rhi-rhi vocals

Have you seen this live performance? Never fails to make me smile, especially with the backup dancers mirroring his moves in the video.

Yes! I'm a big fan. The Black Cow samples are great.

Randy hipped me to this in late 2019 and I'm still digging it.
