Reverb related: I sold a pair of Sanken mics to a guy in New York. when I got the PayPal notification I realized that Reverb charged the buyer 75$ for sales taxes. I got in contact with Reverb and it turns out that this has nothing to do with the import taxes that the buyer will have to pay as well. so the buyer pays an extra 75$ for the fact that a guy living on another continent sold him some used gear!?!
how to you guys deal with this? should I share those extra costs with the buyer?

Birdstuff from Man or Astro-Man used these, they sounded pretty great. Not sure if the shape had anything to do with it but certainly didn't hurt.

Trixon initially developed these so you could have "2-kits-in-1." Can't decide between 12/14/20 or 13/16/22? Screw it, get both and switch sizes DURING GIGS.

That really only worked well for the rack tom and it sort of died off. Never seen one in the wild though!

Lotta stuff going on here, but I see one Rogers drum- that first rack rack tom. The kick drum is definitely slingerland. The rest of the drums? Hard to say. I think the snare might be Slingerland, but it also might be a stencil copy. Proceed with caution.

The snare throw on the snare drum look exactly like a '63 Slingerland I have.
