Neurosis makes this the easiest NC since the DOTF for me.

Synthesizers in rock music have been awesome since The Doors' Strange Days - and it only got better from there!

Like everything, not crap when done well. The Fall used synths to great effect, even made disco and house/dance music with synths. Check the Julia Nagle years, 1995-2001.
