Lately, my jam has been make some bacon or brown up some ham, then fill up the same frying pan with about 1/4" of water in the bottom, bring to boil and crack a couple of eggs in there and cover with a lid until they are basically poached. less pans. basic same product without having to boil a bunch of water and make a water tornado and shit. Super quick for making fancy pants McMuffins.
