Yeah, I'm w/ this on snowboarding. I love to go ride but hate almost every other person on the hill. I pretty much only go when I can burn a PTO day during the week now. Especially in the midwest, the hills are too crowded to ride safely after the ski clubs show up & on the weekends.kicker_of_elves wrote: Fri Nov 05, 2021 8:46 am Or heck, open it wide up. I've always loved hockey, but hockey fans at the Xcel can be straight up assholes, so much that I really don't have much of an interest in going to games anymore. I've even felt myself drifting away from watching Wild games as religiously as I used to; maybe in part because of this?
Cycling too to a lesser extent because other riders can usually be avoided/tuned out (at least where I live). Cycling is much less of a joyful, breathtaking (more like winded amirite) experience for me, but riding with friends on trips is just about the best.
