Sunny-side up, soft-boiled, hard-boiled, or scrambled.

Over easy, runny yolk is my go-to. I'll fry some white rice and throw some medium or sharper cheddar, O/E eggs, and Spicy Chili Crisp on it if I'm feeling lazy for dinner. So good. Add bacon, hot dog, sausage, Spam if I'm feeling fancy. Also great on open-faced breakfast sandos (toast, bagel, English muffin).

Sunnyside up is a close second.

Scrambled has its uses though (breakfast burrito).

Love quiche, but it's not really "eggs," it's quiche. May as well throw Spanish tortilla in there...

Hard-boiled for a snack, sure, love em. Even slice em and put em in egg salad, or add to tuna salad for a special treat.

Soft-boiled is wonderful on toast with jam, but I don't keep bread at home anymore.

Soft-boiled egg I could never understand. I first encountered one when I was like five. Cracked it open like a regular one and got egg all over the table. Was given a new one twice and did the same thing. I was perplexed. Like wtf why are you handing me a half-boiled egg.

Fried eggs on bread w/ tomato paste, oregano and black pepper is good shit. I like scrambled too.

Oh yeah, when I was in high school and was taking ROP auto shop, I used to make O/E on toast rye with light cream cheese and tomatoes to have for breakfast in class. Perfection.

Scrambled is my favorite, hands down. But I sometimes order poached when I'm at brunch or somewhere else because I'm no good at making them that way.

Definitely scrambled though I think omelette fits under that umbrella.

This is a slippery slope. I have nothing against omlettes. The Spanish tortilla (de patatas) is a particularly fine example.

But if you offer me scrambled eggs, and I get omlette, I'm pretty sure I'm going to be disappointed. Maybe that's naive. Maybe there's a whole mind-blowing world of omlette out there that would leave me reeling. But until that day, I'm happy to keep some clear blue water between scrambled eggs and omlette.

Two sunny side up with a six ounce medium rare steak, a shot of whiskey, and a pint of beer.

It’s like there’s a bar fight in my stomach and everyone’s invited!

That's totally reasonable. I just look at it as an omelette being scrambled eggs at its inception.
