I listened to the record while taking care of things around the house; which is to say "passively", I guess. Found it enjoyable. Probably revisit.

Dig the music, but the lyrics and vocals feel a little forced (? if that's the right term).

Polled it now. I couldn’t figure it out the first time.

It’s growing on me. I like the lyrics from the song Pamela - it took a few spins until I realized it’s written from the perspective of Pamela Voorhees in Friday the 13th, going on a murder rampage after her son drowns. I’ve been hiking in the redwoods this week, singing “forest of meat!” Not out loud, I don’t think.

So, agreed - not ground breaking, but fun

Not crap, but not a repeat listen for me. Can't get into the vocals, and I'm too old for on the nose, confrontational style lyrics and videos.

God's Country is impressive, if you're into that heavier leaning noise rock thing. I feel like live they don't quite capture the depth and polish of the recording, but that's ok. Not crap.

I like how they sound like, that distortion and uglyness I'm so familiar with. Singer is a bit meh; Overall I find'em enjoyable (though not memorable nor gamechanging)
