I have all my key inputs on a separate DB-25 connector so I am no help. Going to do what Kniferide said because that seems like really good idea.
Totally just being silly.bikefvcker wrote: Mon Nov 07, 2022 2:46 pmb3000 wrote: Sun Nov 06, 2022 8:44 amBummer. But yeah, I guess you'll want to re-do it so it is correk.bikefvcker wrote: Sat Nov 05, 2022 9:23 pm I do top in and bottom out. Whoops. Time to flip my whole edac patch bay
Well it’s just for my outboard gear. Maybe I’ll fix it maybe i won’t. Who cares
That's an idea. I'm so burned out on building cables. I'm almost done. I'm going to go with the diagram Kniferide posted.Teacher's Pet wrote: Mon Nov 07, 2022 3:39 pm What if you got a separate (smaller) patch bay for ONLY the key inputs?
The key inputs are different in nature, and less numerous, than all the various ins/outs, and I'm similar to you, the asymmetry would make me nuts.
Maybe you just need to get a little "key input sidecar".
