Playing tonight with local faves Stuck and SF punks Spiritual Cramp. I don't think I've ever heard a METZ tune tbh, but, oh boy, Stuck is just ducky. Recently been fanning out on their shit.

So much to do tonight but it's cold.

Solid, consistent, super loud, but not a band I frequently listen to for some reason. Great drummer. Not crap.

I saw the same show and I concur. As much as I love Protmartyr, Metz trounced them for sheer force. I seem to like the records more than most of the folks here, but they really are best appreciated live. And the drummer is a monster -- my arms get tired just watching the guy. Not crap.
