My War (Terrible, sterile recording, def missing that 2nd guitar, but there's enough live and demo tracks out there to hear these songs in a more rockin' form and the B-side really was an unprecidented trawl through v. dark waters indeed.)

Damaged (Tension, release, dynamics and drama. Still sounds explosive (2 guitars playing material mostly written / developed for one.) Personally I could lose 'T.V Party' and 'Six Pack' to make the record even more direct.)

If I could vote for Live 84 then I would.
Live ‘84 all the way!

The Dez-sung versions of the songs from Damaged. By far. That fast, gnarled version of "Depression" is the best thing Flag ever recorded. In which case, I guess I'd vote for Everything Went Black if that were an option, since those occupy a side or two of that album.

Otherwise, Damaged, Six Pack, My War, Jealous Again, and perhaps The Process of Weeding Out all work for me, in that order.

Live '84 and especially the 1982 demos best much of the real records, if we're including live stuff and boots.
