i bought a used VPI 16.5 record cleaning machine years ago, I think it was $400. I think i bought it from someone on this forum. Works great. For really gross sticky records, I just wash them in the sink with a microfiber cloth and warm water. But the VPI does great on almost anything that you feed it.
