Never had the privilege but I’m kicking myself for not seeing him in a theater 2 years ago doing a set of non-parody songs.
Also, gonna stick my neck out here and say Dare to be Stupid is as good as any actual Devo song. “Craigslist” is better than any actual Doors song.

Come on, Devo aren't a novelty act. They've got a list of great songs longer than your arm and a sound that's all their own. Sure, anybody can write a fake Devo song NOW, after they've already provided a hundred examples.
[OT] It's annoying that Mac Sabbath are such a BAD Sabbath act. They performed their shit in front of Ozzy himself, and their singer sucks ass. It must be well over 20 years since McDonald's stopped using those characters, so young people have no idea what they're even dressed up as.

Yeah I found this one to be super easy to be honest, and I love that first B-52s album a lot.
The first Devo album is unlike anything up to that point in many ways. Singular statement by the freakazoids.

I think I originally voted B-52s, but I’m going on the record as favoring Devo. I’ve been obsessed with the first three albums lately, with the second being my favorite. Loving the Tiny Desk thing that’s making the rounds on the socials.

B-52's are a very important band to me, and Ricky Wilson's guitar is everything. Devo, much respect, but not in the same league.
