Fun fact, during the 2014 NBA finals SA Spurs used to turn off the AC inside the arena so everybody would sweat more, especially Lebron. That resulted in him getting mega cramps the whole series and he did exactly what your sister is doing.

Among ways for LeBron James and players to hydrate -- pickle juice
Forget any Powerade vs. Gatorade debate. There might be a way for LeBron James and other NBA athletes to deal with dehydration under extreme conditions. One remedy, among others, is pickle juice.

Can’t say I love ‘em, but they’re occasionally good in certain contexts.

Pickled beets and peppers are much better. Sauerkraut rules.

I ate lots of fantastic pickled vegetables in Japan, but pickled plums are among the worst things I’ve ever put in my mouth.

I don't like cucumbers and thus the popular pickle. If that's the poll I vote noh on these.

I love pickled onions, carrots, radish/daikon, cabbage, etc..

Why indeed? Pickled books. Pickled guitars.

Pickles are awesome, NC no waffles

QUESTION: when served a sandwich with a pickle spear on the side, is it to eat while eating the sandwich, or strictly as a post-sandwich palate cleanser? I'm the latter and will die on this hill. I used to think this is a common rule, but apparently not.

I've never liked pickles. If I see slices on my sandwich, I'll pulling 'em out.

I love onions though. And I think I prefer pickled jalapenos to raw ones.

Cucumbers and pickles are not the same thing. Not to my anyway. Can't stand cucumbers, and they also upset my tummy, can eat pickles every day.

I always eat those small ones, they are labeled as "1st class" over here. If I'm eating them with something, a sandwich or a burger, I take a bit of the main course an then a pickle right after it, to mix the two together as one bite.
