I'm sure it's a lot of fun, but I like horses with legs intact and unshot, thanks.

I'm not into poker, but I love going to the horse track. I love calculating statistics, handicapping, getting confused, then throwing the book out the window and betting on the horse that pooped on the track before it went into tthe gate.
Seriously, betting on horses is great fun.
Who wants to go up to Arlington one of these days? Russ?

Well,
unless you're the horse.
Actually, I prefer
the British version of this fact sheet, mainly because of this additional section:
"Some [race horses] are shot within weeks of when their money-making days are over, and many others are slaughtered and their bodies sold as meat to Continental shops and restaurants. Their flesh may even end up back on British shores after it is made into pastrami, salami or chorizo."
RANK!!!
Horse racing
Fox hunting
Seal clubbing

This year's Derby is sponsored by Yum! Brands... purveyors of Taco Bell 'food'

Hey! That's my method!
And it's usually good for a few hundred bucks every year.

It is also an effective strategy for betting on other professional sporting events, like the super bowl.

But if you're a winner, the
long-term benefits are pretty good.
