Right-click the blank T-shirt and select 'save image' (or save as or whatever it says with your browser).
Save the image to your desktop (for example).
Right click the newly saved jpg, and select 'open with'.
Open it with paint (or whatever you have for art) and then design your T-shirt.
Then save it.
Then go to http://www.imageshack.us/ and upload it.
Then link your t-shirt in this thread or post it here.
