while i have enjoyed a few of their singles, i have a sister and girlfriend who own their cds and most of the non singles are extremely unspectacular...
its also very annoying that they have become the band to reference as evidence of your diverse musical taste...

'Daylight' is just ok, but everything else is really good

Well, they are non-crap at getting gwyneth paltrow pregnant, but musically, yes they are crap. Its horrible that shit gets pushed to college radio.

this band are sooooooo crap it's unbeleviable.... oh my god - are you all serious when you say not crap? surely, surely you must be kidding? for the love of humanity!!!!!
Chris Martin the singer is a complete cock because he writes a trendy political message on his hand at every photo opportunity (such as 'stop the war') - it's such a transparent attempt to consolodate his retarded student fanbase, thus selling more of his horrible records. If he was serious about any of his throwaway soundbites he could do a fuck lot more than write stoopid meesages on his hand. ASSHOLE!
I saw this mtv footage of the little cunt doing a 'comedy' (and i use the word in its loosest possible sense) dance to 'vogue' - made me puke there & then.
Their songs are the most putrid attempt to sell as many records to the middle aged, middle classes who think they are 'serious about music' as they can. There is nothing to like about this band - they are fucking horrible.
