I don't think he is HOF material, for all the reasons previously mentioned, but I don't vote. MLB still won't have figured out how to handle the steroids issue by the time he is up for a vote. So all the sportswriters outside Chicago will have forgotten how truly pathetic a ballplayer he was and reward him solely on his HR and RBI totals. Probably a second- or third-year inductee, but not right off the bat.
