anyone ever file a complaint w-paypal?

Yeah, it's worth the cost of the services, but they are still thieving scum in my opinion.
I have to accept all sorts of Paypal payments - I sell worldwide to all-sorts. I do not want to narrow my market.
I would like two accounts.... Good idea. Is it legal? I can't imagine Paypal allowing it. Does it work ok?
Both my accounts are linked to the same checking account. I mentioned it once over the phone when I had a question about my account, the CS rep. didn't say anything about it being against the rules or even frowned upon. They didn't say anything negative about it at all. I know a couple of people who do the same.
