I've had a couple of good ones at work in the last week.

'Skating too close to the wind' - I think a combination of 'skating on thin ice' and 'sailing too close to the wind'

and today when I asked a patient if she pays for her prescriptions she replied that she doesn't as she's on 'Incompatibility Benefit'.

I think she meant 'incapacity benefit'. but you never know...

"WELCOME DEAR HUNTERS"

The other side of the sign had the correct "DEER" so I'm pretty sure that that was unintentional.

I might have mentioned this before but there's some pro-hunting red graffiti in East Cleveland on a very prominent road sign that says 'HANDS OF HUNTING'.
