It was hard. It goes against my natural schedule but I got used to it. I was hungry going to bed for a few days. What's really hard is maintaining it. It requires constant discipline and a strict schedule because if I just let it go I go back to that late night eating schedule and hours and hours between meals instead of packing it all into the 8. I now work 8-5 M-F for the first time ever for the last 10 months and this has helped keep my schedule. It's when I go on vacation that I slip, especially when I went out of town last week. I wasn't home so didn't have my food on my normal work schedule so I just ate when I could at wherever looked good, including late night snacks.catwoman wrote: Mon Jun 07, 2021 10:52 pmWas that first week of 8/16 fasting a hard adjustment?
