'Cause as much as they keep tryin', they never find a way to loosen their loads.
Which is to say they're full of shit.

Fucking sellouts.
You wear a Cow-Boy Hat, like Bob Fucking Seger so much that you've written several paragraphs about how great he is and you're giving me shit about liking a few The Eagles tunes?
That is precisely what I'm doing: wearing a cowboy hat, loving Bob Seger, and giving you shit for liking The Eagles.
Any more questions?
Like takin' candy from a baby...

104Up ahead in the distance, I saw a shimmering crap.
When I was little I used to think that one Joe Walsh song, Life's Been Good, was funny.

Maybe they should be workin' and practicin' on their night moves.

106I just remembered that Todos Santos is the town whose Hotel California supposedly inspired Don Henley.
(If you read the linked article, you'll see it isn't true.)
I have spent some time in Todos Santos. I really like it there.
It's as if the spectre of Hotel California follows me everywhere I travel.
And yes, I can check out any time I like, but I can never, ha ha.

107'Desperado' is one of my favourite ever songs. I only know the versions by The Carpenters and The Langley School Music Project however. I've never heard The Eagles original and I think I would prefer to keep it that way. It probably sounds like...shit, what's his name? Looks like the kid who was in Mask with Cher?

The Langley School version of 'Desperado' is devastating.

I prefer to sing it, '....woikin' on the night moves"
Also, when Desperado comes on, I sing along pronouncing the title: "depserado".
Life's been good is also a fine song for such a crappy one.
I cannot, however, listen to the song Take it Easy. Nor can I handle the one which threatens, ...."now you'll have to eat your lunch all by yourself". Who cares?
