Browsing through discogs I just learnt record producer Caleb Southern passed away last July.
He recorded some nice bands from NC mainy if I'm not wrong (Archers of loaf, Polvo, Small 23....)

Saw Wayne on the MC5 tour he did two years ago and it was great. Glad he was still doing it, and seemed like he didn’t need to, was just having fun.

Aston Barrett is too bad. He was the greatest reggae bassist. Beyond that, there would be no Jah Wobble without Family Man.
With Toby Keith gone, Trump's musical options are Kid Rock and a fucking ancient Uncle Ted.

Bummer. I remember seeing a show featuring AoL and Small 23 at the Empty Bottle back in the 90s.
