I practiced with my band yesterday, like every sunday, but this time we got fucking hammered!!!
I had 4 big cans of beer. 3 would have been safer....

I don't know how, but we managed to "compose" a new track and it's sooooooo good!!!!!
Can't wait to practice again tonight.

My excuse is that on sundays we start practicing around 4PM and yesterday I only had breakfast so my stomach was pretty empty at 4PM. Oh...and did I mention the spliffs we smoked???

My old band drank too much and I fired them.

I never drink at band practice. I like to work and I work hard. Plus the way we write, we do it spontaneously on the spot. I really can't play well drunk.

I drink 2 sparks upon arrival while we have a chat about current events (stern show, usually). I then throw down a 6 of Amstel while we play. All three of us do the same. Our rock doesn't suffer for it. It's the magic formula.
