UK's finest live act. An underground institution. Drummer has also played in HiM with Doug Scharin and The Enablers as well. Guitar player was in Red Monkey. These things are not important but may strike a chord with Americans who haven't been to an underground gig in the UK and witnessed the Pump tear it up like Zep at the Albert Hall.

Agreed. I'm as much of a fan of that release as I am of Telepathic Surgery, which is a criminally underrated album.

119Picking up a used copy of Portrait in Jazz yesterday reminded me how great the Bill Evans, Scott LaFaro, Paul Motian trio was. One of the finest in jazz.
