Can anyone recommend me some bluetooth headphones - will probably mostly use for listening only, but if they have a microphone for speaking that might be a plus. You want over-ear, on-ear, or earbuds? If the latter, I'd recommend the Bose wireless. I think they're called SoundSport and they're the $150 model.Agreed. I have some and they are great. Also I apparently have weird shaped ears, and most other earbuds either fall out or hurt after awhile, but the Bose ones are comfy for me and stay put.

They're out of my life in weeksIf it's any help, the SoundSports are tethered together with a foot of cable, otherwise I'd certainly lose one of the pair, which is kinda worse I think than losing both

I probably won't be recording like this for more than 10-20 minute increments though.SPL is kinda SPL. Like I said, I don't feel like I have to crank them to hard because the system pretty much isolates the sound almost completely, It does help to find earbuds that are a little less in a can sounding. I wouldn't do it with those Air buds or regular Apple ear buds because they are horrendous to begin with. In a pinch, I've used my Ear Buds as plugs at shows because they are the kind that are attached with a cable around my neck and I like that if one falls out, I don't lose it like I did my expensive ear plugs.
